ABSTRACT - This issue of the Romanian Review of Regional Studies is dedicated to the synthesis of the project entitled “The analysis of the present state of territorial development tendencies in the Romanian Tisa Basin”, representing the first stage of research, at national level, of the development phenomena within the entire hydrographical basin, approached together by Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine and Serbia.
